Registrations confirmed in the order in which
they are received.
Registration Tuition:
Adults and Teens age 15
and over
(11-15 accompanied by a parent)
Regular Registration: $290
(postmarked on/after April 16th - September 17th, 2008)
Registration includes workshops and camp accommodations for Friday night through Sunday at Lunchtime. Meals will include all Saturday meals, Sunday breakfast and lunch. Friday dinner will be potluck.
Payment for Registration: Download and complete the forms below and mail to Grass Valley Taiko.
We must have a hard copy of your Registration Form and Signature of Waiver for registration.
We will them mail you a registration packet which includes
workshop selections.

Make checks payable to: Grass Valley Taiko (checks preferred, however, if you need to pay by credit/debit card, submit completed enrollment form with credit card checked and your email and we will send you an invoice through Paypal that will include an addition
$15 service fee to cover the charges made to us.)
Paypal payments MUST be made within 5 business days of email notification of invoice to assure your registration at 2008 Taiko Camp.

If the number of applicants exceeds the camp’s capacity, you will be placed on a waiting list. All applications are first confirmed (by receipt of registration dues) first serve.
Applicants under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or a guardian designated by a parent. Minors not accompanied by a parent must go through the application process together with their guardians. You will need to enter the name of the designated guardian on the application of any unaccompanied minor.
Once we have confirmed the workshops with the instructors and your registration fees are received, you will be notified and directed to select your options. Approximately two weeks before the session begins, a letter or email containing directions to camp and other useful information will be sent out.
Be sure to set your email account so that any messages from taikocamp@grassvalleytaiko.com
will not be intercepted by spam filters.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation prior to August 1, 2008:
Refund of full amount of cancelled registration less $25 administrative processing fee.
Cancellation after August 1, 2008:
Refund of 50% cancelled registration if the space cannot be filled. If the space can be filled, we will issue a refund of the full amount of the cancelled registration less $25 administrative processing fee.
Cancellation after September 1, 2008:
There will be no refund after date.
